Psalm 22

Jesus is the only one in history who could be the Promised One of God.

He cried, “Father, why have You turned away from Me?” because He took our ugly life of sin on Himself and God could not look at Him on the cross.

God told us before it happened that the people would laugh at Jesus on the cross when He was thirsty and watch to see if God would help Him.

David saw that they would throw dice to see who can have His clothes. He saw that they would hurt his hands and feet on the cross but would not break His bones.

David also saw that Jesus would not stay in the tomb but rise from the dead to give us a new life. He even saw that someday somebody would tell us that these things happened!

There is nobody else who has done these things. There is no other god somewhere who gave his life to save us.

There is no other way but to see that Jesus freely gave Himself to pay for
the ugly evil things we have
done to offend God.

What else would God have to do to show you how much He loves you and will take care of your life every day?

If you trust Him to forgive you and take you to heaven then can you trust Him for what is happening today?
