Psalm 23

The Lord is MY Shepherd!

I am not my own shepherd and nobody else is my shepherd.

I do not need anything or anyone else to keep me happy.

He leads me to peaceful waters.

He rebuilds my mind and my emotions.

He leads me in the best path to show
what His Name can do.

Even if I am tested by a shadow of death I will walk and not run because
I am not afraid of evil!

Because You are next to me. You have always protected me.

You show my enemies how you take care of me while they are watching.

You pour oil of blessing on my head.

You give me more than I need.

I am sure that Your goodness and mercy will be with me all of my life.

And I will live in the house
of the Lord forever.
